Shipping & returns

Shipping

We deliver across India, and shipping is free. The fee is shown as Free before you place the order.

Most parcels leave within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after that, depending on your PIN code. You will get an email when the order is packed and when it is handed to the courier.

Returns

If something is unused and still in its original packing, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Email info.knhmart@gmail.com with your order number, the product, and a short reason. We reply with the pickup or drop-off step.

Hygiene items that have been opened, and products damaged after delivery through misuse, are not returnable. If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it.

Payments

Checkout lets you choose UPI, card, or cash on delivery. This shop confirms the payment step by email so an order is never charged by surprise.
