Where do you deliver?+
We ship across India, and delivery is free.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders leave our desk within 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–7 working days, depending on your pin code.
Can I return something?+
Yes. Unused items in their original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to info.knhmart@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange the next step.
How do I pay?+
Choose UPI, card, or cash on delivery at checkout. We confirm every order by email before it is dispatched.
Do you gift-pack orders?+
The breathing teddy and cosmetic bag both arrive ready to give. Add a note in the checkout instructions and we will include it when we can.
